MS-DOS形式のパスをWarningする

cygwin warning:
  MS-DOS style path detected: C:/Users/takuya/Desktop/test.rb
  Preferred POSIX equivalent is: /home/takuya/Desktop/test.rb
  CYGWIN environment variable option "nodosfilewarning" turns off this warning.
