proxycfgはJavaScriptでのProxy自動設定に対応していない様なので、
IEで直接設定する必要がある。
proxycfg -u
net stop wuauserv
net start wuauserv
MicrosoftUpdate適用後、IEの設定を戻す
どんどん使いもしないサービスが増えていく....
