vivaldi://gpu/

CheckerImaging: Disabled
と表示されるので、
起動オプションに --enable-features="CheckerImaging"
を追加してみた。

下記となったので、様子見

I've tried a conversation with just one person and the CPU usage was still around 100-150%. On her laptop, running Windows 10 with Intel Core i5-5200U (3M Cache, 2.20 / 2.70 GHz) on Firefox it took only 15-25% of CPU. My MacBook has Intel Core i7-4980HQ (6 MB on-chip L3 cache and 128 MB L4 cache, 2.8 GHz (Crystalwell)) so this makes it a pretty significant difference.

Some other comparison points:
1) I've also tried the Facebook video chat, it took similar amount of CPU percentage.
2) Firefox gave me similar results.
3) Safari took about 70-80% of CPU so 1.5-2 times less.

I'm surprised a much less efficient CPU on Windows 10 required 3-6 times less the CPU to run the video call... What may be the reason? Is this fixable in any way?
